Colossians 3 verse 1-3; If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Point 1: the relaxation and revelation of his reasulation
Sub 1: the reality of his reasulation
John 20 verse 24; But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
John 20 verse 25, The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
John 20 verse 26-29; And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
Then saith he to Thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Sub 2: revelation of his reasulation
1 Corinthians 15 verse 4, And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
1 Corinthians 15 verse 5, And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
1 Corinthians 15 verse 6, After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
1 Corinthians 15 verse 7, After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
1 Corinthians 15 verse 8; And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.
Sub 3: our regeneration through his reasulation
Acts 4 verse 10, Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Acts 4 verse 11, This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
Acts 4 verse 12, Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Acts 5:30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.
Acts 5 verse 31, Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

Romans 10 verse 6, But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
Romans 10 verse 7, Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
Romans 10 verse 8, But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
Romans 10 verse 9, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10 verse 10; For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Matthew 4 verse 23, And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
Matthew 4 verse 24; And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.

Romans 8 verse 11, But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Romans 6 verse 4, Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

1 Corinthians 15 verse 22; For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1 Thessalonians 4 verse 13, But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
1 Thessalonians 4 verse 14-17; For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Sub 3: the rewards of standing rising with Christ
Revelation 22 verse 12; And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
